Head of Pre Primary

Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Head Pre Primary with one of the Global K-12 Schools.

Responsibilities:

1 Develop, review, and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for the pre-primary section, ensuring alignment with educational standards.

2. Integrate innovative teaching methods and instructional materials to enhance the learning experience.

3. Recruit, train, and mentor pre-primary teachers to ensure high-quality teaching practices.

4. Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teacher performance.

5. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment among pre-primary faculty members.

6. Oversee the well-being of pre-primary students, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

7. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address the individual needs of students and facilitate their social and emotional development.

8. Establish effective communication channels with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress, activities, and any concerns.

9. Organize regular parent-teacher meetings and workshops to enhance parental involvement in the education of pre-primary students.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in education or equivalent

- 12-15 Years of Senior Leadership experience.

- In-depth knowledge and experience in any curriculum/ IGCSE (Preferred)
