Job description :

Role Purpose - Generation of EHV Business for Power Cables.

What the role entails :

Responsible for EHV Sales profitability order booking and cash flow for the business.

Increase SPTL Competitive in EHV Markets -

- Creating and offering Unique Solutions

- Favorable PQR

- High-End Tech Spec

- Form a team of long term, reliable turnkey EPC Partners

- Partners in the adjacent spaces like substation equipment's etc. to increase the scope of our efficiency.

- Responsible for driving opportunities and acquisitions for EHV Power Cables.

- Developing long term, reliable turnkey EPC Partners for execution, Techno-Commercial interactions with EPC Contractors

- Drive Market Positioning and end-to-end sales cycle for SPTL.

- Prepare ROI, Feasibility reports and consultation /Technical Presentation to Customers, Cost Benefit Analysis

- Drive Strategic directions using Market Intel to drive Blue Ocean initiatives.

- Pre RFQ collection of data and development of market intelligence base.

- Improve Market Presence and Brand Visibility - India Mkt, Seminars, Forum participations

- Responsible for achieving state based targets for the CBU

Role Demands -

- Extensive traveling to various customers in the northern region.

Experience (Essential) -

- 15-20+ years of total experience.

- Min 5 yrs. In front end Sales & BD especially in south india.

- Track record of successful business acquisitions and opportunity creation

- Knowledge about Power Transmission & distribution Industry

Experience (Desirable) -

Age - 40-45+ years

- Relevant experience in Sales & BD.

- Key customer relationships, sales management, opportunity creation

- Experiences in sales transformation from products to solutions selling

- Experience in the Power sector

- Engineering + management degree (optional)

- Focused on continuous learning
