Head - Policy - NBFC

Our client is a leading NBFC in India, looking for a skilled professional to join as a Head of Policy for their businesses.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- The individual will be responsible for Heading Policy across all the products (excluding Corporate Loans) and would be involved in the Creation/Review of the Lending Policies for Business Loans, K-12, Healthcare, Personal Loans and Micro LAP.

- Responsible for ongoing changes to the Policy, Maintenance as well as getting market information on competitor actions etc.

- Liaise with Credit Bureaus in getting data relating to the portfolio as well as to the market performance of all the product.

- Represent the policy function to the Board of Directors.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Min 12 years plus working experience preferably in a large NBFC with good understanding of Risk Policy.

- Candidate should be currently the Head of Risk Policy for one or more lending products.

- Hands-on experience in development of ECL models and scorecard.

- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
