Head - PMS Operations - Wealth Management/Mutual Fund

The Head - PMS Operations will be responsible for managing fund accounting, reconciliation, client reporting, SEBI compliance, and audits while ensuring operational efficiency and process improvements. This role requires leadership capabilities to manage a team and act as a second-in-command within the operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fund Accounting & Daily NAV Updates - Ensure accurate computation and timely updating of NAV in the software.

- Reconciliation - Manage bank reconciliation, Demat reconciliation, and broker ledger reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.

- Trade Processing & Client Reporting - Oversee PMS trade execution, client query resolution, and report generation.

- MF Redemption & Management Fees Calculation - Handle mutual fund redemptions and ensure correct fee calculations.

- Performance Calculation & SEBI Reporting - Ensure accurate performance measurement and timely SEBI filings.

- MIS & Compliance - Prepare monthly fact sheets, MIS reports, and manage quarterly & financial year-end closures.

- Client Onboarding & Custody Coordination - Ensure seamless client onboarding and liaise with custody teams for smooth transactions.

- Audit Management - Handle internal, NAV, and performance audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in PMS & AIF operations.

- Wealth Management experience preferred.

- MBA/BCom preferred with excellent communication skills.

- Leadership capabilities with experience in a second-in-command role.

- Hands-on experience with Wealth Spectrum & Miles is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong team management and process optimization skills.
