Job Title: Head - PMS Growth

A global asset management company with over - 3,500 Cr in assets under advisory is seeking a Head - PMS Growth to expand its high-value client base and drive portfolio growth for its multi-cap PMS fund. This role involves developing strategic acquisition channels, fostering key partnerships, and leveraging a strong network of affluent investors to increase assets under management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Expansion: Grow and leverage relationships with affluent investors, financial advisors, and wealth managers.

2. Client Acquisition Channels: Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract new investors.

3. Fund Growth: Drive a significant increase in assets under management (AUM) through client onboarding.

4. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with financial institutions, advisory firms, and investment consultants.

5. Market Intelligence: Monitor PMS industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to position the fund effectively.

6. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with investors.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Experience: 8-10 years in portfolio management, wealth management, or investment advisory with a focus on acquiring and managing high-value clients.

2. Network: Strong relationships with affluent investors, financial advisors, and private bankers.

3. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PMS products, investment strategies, and capital markets.

4. Result-Oriented: Proven track record in achieving AUM growth and client acquisition targets.

5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute high-impact growth initiatives.

6. Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with SEBI regulations related to PMS and wealth management services.
