Designation : Manager HR, PMS and Employee Engagement

Reporting to : Head HR

Grade : Manager / Sr. Manager

Job Location : Gurgaon

Company : Hot Internet Startup funded by SAIF Partners, Sequoia Capital, etc.

Key Responsibilities (in order of preference)

- Performance Management Systems (PMS)

- Employee Engagement

- Learning & Development (L&D)

- Talent Management

Candidate should have strong mix of above, and preferably have prior experience in setting up systems, process and frameworks around the above.

Should be dynamic, aggressive and comfortable working in a fast paced less-structured start-up environment.
