Job Description:

- Should have Project Management minimum experience for 3- 5 years

- Should have worked on Aircraft Structures on Design or Stress activities

- Being involved in a project from evaluation, conception and completion

- Successfully used Project Management Tool to take care of Project Management, Resources and Information Systems etc

- Responsible for developing the project plan, project schedule, resource plan cost optimization, and project budget with engineering leadership and the project team.

- Responsible for defining, reviewing and tracking engineering metrics like Schedule, Effort, Resource utilization On-Time Delivery, Quality etc.

- Conducting Risk Review meetings and keeping the Risk Register updated with robust mitigation plans (includes implementation of mitigation plans)

- Monitor progress against plan and assure corrective action wherever necessary.

- Ensure Quality process, Industry standards & Best practices are implemented across all projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Should be Graduate or Post Graduate Engineer in Mechanical /Aerospace/Aeronautical or allied disciplines

- Candidate should have good Communications skills (Verbal & Written).

- Should have used Project Management Tools

- Should have done all PMO activities

- Should have worked on aerospace structures either in Design or Stress.

- PMP would be added advantage
