Head - Plant Operations - Manufacturing

Our Client is a MNC engaged in the manufacture of wire processing products and metal fittings.

We have been mandated to identify and hire a Plant Head/Head of Plant Operations who will be responsible for the Operations and P&L of 2 Plants based in Vadodara.

The Plant Operations involve Sheet Metal processing, Precision Machining, Surface Treatment and Assembly.

The head will be responsible for : 

- Development, metal working, cold rolling, transfer technology, die stamping, assembly, surface treatment, packing and shipping of products including supporting functions such as maintenance and tool making

- Reaching time, cost and quality-targets of the manufacturing process

- Development of all plant functions and for implementing a flexible multi product line, that accomplish set quality and cost targets
