Head - Plant Operations - Manufacturing

- Directs and controls all Manufacturing operations of the Plant to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively

- Oversees management of all areas of Plant to produce products and direct activities so that approved products are manufactured on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives. (Responsible for overall Cost & Profitability of Factory Manufacturing Operations)

- Leads the operation and maintenance staff, the daily management and coordination of all the plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labour, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulations.

- Needs to keep abreast of latest developments and world class manufacturing practices to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position

- Is responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organization

Education :

- Engineering Graduate (Automobile/ Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering)

AND

- Full Time MBA
