- Managing Industrial Relations - Having hands on working exposure of handling / day to day interaction with unions, wages agreement (LTA) etc.
- Legal & IR Compliance and Disciplinary Activates.
- Hands on experience of Domestics Engelby / Disciplinary Actions.
- Create Vigilance & Intelligence Network Etc.
- Liason & Public relation with local Authorities.
- Manpower planning & recruitment (Associates).
- Managing Employment Life Cycle (Joining, Induction,Performance reviews, Annual Increment , Career Progression and full final Settlement.
- Internal Communication , Grievance handling and Atrrition Control.
- Engagement, Welfare and Recreation Activities.
- Training & Suggestion Scheme.
