- Responsible for institutionalization of HR systems and their effective implementation to ensure optimum contribution and value additions from all the employees toward company goals / objectives.
- Implementation of CHR policies and ensuring zero deviations.
- Ensuring adequate number of manpower with required skills & competencies.
- Ensuring continuity of the Organisation by way of Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning.
- Creation of a performance culture with Harmonious relations at all levels
- Maintain cordial relations with different local Government agencies.
- To maintain harmonious relationship with Trade Unions and Statutory and Regulatory Authorities so as to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations of the plant.
