Plant Human Resources Head

Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practice & will be responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle at plant and administrative related activities at plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Manage recruitment and selection processes.

- Oversee employee relations and handle grievances.

- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.

- Coordinate training and development programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.

- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports.

- Collaborate with plant management on HR strategies.

- Promote a positive workplace culture.

- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations.

- Support health and safety initiatives.

- Facilitate communication between employees and management.

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.

- Manage HR budgets and resources.

- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.

- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement.

- Provide HR support during organizational changes.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Human Resources with 15-22 years of HR management experience in manufacturing environment is a must.

2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

6. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

9. Experience with performance management and appraisal systems.

10. Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs.

11. Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

12. Experience with training and development programs.

13. Strong leadership and team management skills.

14. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

15. Proactive approach to HR issues and challenges.

16. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
