Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant operations and organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Plant Head and leadership team.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the plant, ensuring timely hiring of skilled employees.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and skill development initiatives.
- Plan and implement succession planning and career development strategies.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively.
- Organize employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
Statutory Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure fair and constructive feedback.
- Work with department heads to identify and address performance gaps.
HR Operations:
- Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records.
- Implement and monitor HR metrics for the plant.
Health, Safety, and Welfare:
- Promote and monitor workplace safety programs.
- Ensure the implementation of health and welfare benefits for employees.
