Seeking an experienced HR professional with over 14 years of expertise in managing end-to-end HR functions, including business partnering, talent management, grievance handling, employee engagement, compliance, and productivity enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead plant-level HR operations, drive business partnering, and enhance employee engagement.
- Manpower Planning: Align manpower strategies with business goals and manage recruitment and retention.
- Productivity & Development: Boost productivity through multi-skill development and incentive programs.
- Industrial Relations: Manage trade union relations, wage negotiations, and employee sentiment initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Talent Management: Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and performance evaluations.
- Workforce Management: Optimize contractual manpower and implement social security benefits.
- Learning & Development: Oversee programs to build capabilities and foster growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 14+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in plant-based operations.
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong expertise in industrial relations, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Competencies: Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management in a manufacturing setup.
- Age below 45 yrs . Profiles capable of leading a big workforce and manage stakeholders at national and international level (Board members)
