Role : Head HR - Plant and IR

Experience : Worked in a manufacturing company.

- Handling the complete Employee life cycle management.

- Implementation of Wage Settlement

- Statutory compliance under various labour laws.

- Preparing and Implementing IR and HR Policies.

- Handling the contract labour matters

- Contract Labour Management.

- Liaison with Government Officials.

- Performance Management System and Employee Engagement with an objective to increase effectiveness of HR processes.
