Job Description - A Plant HR Head is required to manage and oversee all HR-related functions within the plant, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Leading the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.

- Managing talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

- Driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

- Conducting performance management and staff appraisals.

- Providing guidance on development for managers and their teams.

- Implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.

- Fostering a positive working environment.

- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Profile:

- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Human Resources in plant set-ups

- Open to moving to Baramati Location

- Candidate should come with experience working in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector, specifically in the Metal Industry, Machining & Stamping.
