Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics and company policies.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for benefits-related inquiries.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
