Job Description : The incumbent will be required to lead the end to end HR and IR piece for the location

Client Details:

Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer.

Description:

Recruitment and Staffing:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.

- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.



- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.


Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive employee relations environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.



- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives and programs.


Performance Management:

- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.



- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.


Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics and company policies.



- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.


Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.



- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed.


Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.

- Manage payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues.



- Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for benefits-related inquiries.


HR Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.

- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.



- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.


Profile:

- Come with 12+ years of IR and Plant HR experience

- Should be able to relocate to Peelibheet location

- Full time MBA/LLB/MSW degree
