Head - Plant HR - Engineering Organisation

The company was established in 1937 in India and, since then the Company has been a pioneer and has retained its leadership position in the management and application of electrical energy.

We have an opening for Plant HR - Head position based out of Ahmednagar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure effective deployment of the Corporate HR policies.

- Plan and Develop manpower plan as per the Divisional Budget/Plan and ensure deployment as per the same.

- Identifying and developing HR in the division by way of Training/Job Rotation.

- Be a catalyst in Cultural Development / increasing the engagement level of the employees.

- Manage IR at the Divisional level so as to ensure smooth working of the operations.

- Monitor and guide in deployment of adequate Safety and Welfare amenities to all in the Division.

- Monitor and Guide in all Administrative function of the Division.

- Champion CSR related activities

Performance Measures:

- As per plan deploy within 40 days of the requirement.

- No. Training mandays/ no. of job rotations per year.

- As and when required/ 70 % in the Gallup score.

- Nil mandays lost on account of IR issues.

- Reduction in accident levels.

- Internal satisfaction score

Person Requirements:

1. Masters in HR / IR with 5-8 or 10-15 years of experience

2. Plant HR / IR experience is a must. Should have independently handled HR for a plant

3. Should be well versed in labour laws, factories act, income tax act

4. Good communication and people management skills.

Outstation candidate should be willing to relocate to Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
