Role: Head - HR - Plant

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective deployment of the Corporate HR policies.
- Plan and Develop manpower plan as per the Divisional Budget/Plan and ensure deployment as per the same.
- Identifying and developing HR in the division by way of Training/Job Rotation.
- Be a catalyst in Cultural Development / increasing the engagement level of the employees.
- Manage IR at the Divisional level so as to ensure smooth working of the operations.
- Monitor and guide in deployment of adequate Safety and Welfare amenities to all in the Division.
- Monitor and Guide in all Administrative function of the Division.
- Champion CSR related activities
Person Requirements:
2-5 years of HR / Plant experience post MBA from reputed institutes like Welingkar / IMT / IMI Delhi / K J Somaiya / PUMBA / Symbiosis / TAPMI / ICFAI.
3. Good communication and people management skills.
Outstation candidate should be willing to relocate to Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
