Job Description - Reporting to the Factory Head and Group HR Head and leading a team of 5 reportees, in this role, you will:

- Plan the overall Plant/Factory HR strategy to deliver business results

- Create a growth oriented work culture through development of employee and organization capability

- Manage the statutory compliances, labour laws, tools to handle grievances and drive awareness for the same among the business heads

- Drive end to end HR generalist activities for the Plant

The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in a medium/large sized Manufacturing/Labour Relations environment. Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen. Candidates from Maharashtra or surrounding areas with fluency in Marathi would be preferred.
