Job Description - An opportunity to Head Engineering for the FMCG plant & lead the overall maintenance and projects

- An opportunity to be part of the Leadership Team as the role reports to the Plant Head

Client Details :

- Our client is a global FMCG organisation with products having its presence in 100+ countries worldwide and has dedicated R&D facility as well as multiple manufacturing plants in the India Region

Description :

- Sustain and improve reliability, plant operation, maintenance

- Manages the plant's operations, maintenance, projects, and departments including spare parts, inventory, budget, and compliance with environmental and safety regulation

- Implementing a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve standard and acceptable production rates.

- Sustaining & developing an approach to maintenance incorporating principles of TPM, RCA, and the Kaizen philosophy

- Responsibilities would also include utilities operation & electrical distribution as well.

- Plant Asset care management

- Responsible for Capacity Expansion Projects as well

- To coordinate for development of New Product Development from a implementation perspective

Profile :

- A graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from Top Tier Engineering institutes with an overall experience of 13-17 years in FMCG

- Expertise in Process and Equipment's
