Description :

- Lead all the engineering activities for the plant

- Leadership opportunity with focus on people management and technology implementation

Description:

- Continuously work towards improving the plant efficiency and process

- Implement technology solutions ensuring best productivity output from the plant

- Ensuring technology transfer for newly introduced products

- Work towards capacity expansion

- Work with New Product Development team to ensure seamless introduction of new products in the plant

Profile :

- Preferably a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with 15+ years of experience in a FMCG firm

- Prior experience of heading plant engineering with 10+ years of people leadership experience

- Prior experience of technology transfer for manufacturing

- Excellent communicator who has worked in cross functional teams
