Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations
Incumbent will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing partnerships as we begin a new phase of growth. He/she will develop an innovative strategy to attract traditional philanthropy, mobilize new and non-traditional partners. The incumbent will leverage current relationships, build new force multiplier relationships with foundations, subject matter experts, government and even other corporations to achieve vision
Core Responsibilities -
Leadership and Vision
- Create the next generation partnership strategy and help formulate actionables
- Identify, cultivate, and steward major partnerships on an ongoing basis
- Tell story and mission to make it relevant to a diverse community of partners
- Engage the Family to realize development strategy
- Cultivate unlikely partnerships in non-traditional places that expand reach and development relationships
Fit and Function
- Good articulation skills with an ability to conceptualise and close large projects
- Enthusiastic team player who is able to collaborate with the company, including extended family
Experience Required -
- Passion for using as a force for good
- Excellent writer capable of delivering complex message to sophisticated people
- Well-read and connected with a proven ability to structure collaboration projects of national importance.
