Head of Planning, Governance and Insights for Brand & Marketing South Asia (B & M SA)

Regional Head of Brand and Marketing - India and South Asia
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working closely with the South Asia Country Brand & Marketing teams, this role has the responsibility for maintaining process controls, assisting with inter-country and Group coordination of B & M activities, Budget control, identifying and working at ways to mitigate B & M-related Risks in relation to campaign management and Vendor contracts. The position is an integral part of the South Asia Regional Marketing team and will have interactions with many cross-functional teams including Group Marketing, Business Segments, Vendor partners and Agencies.
This role is also tasked with providing the Customer Insights support at the country level.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Driving Marketing Governance, Audit support and implement the OR framework for South Asia markets.
- Drive the creation of Annual plans, in conjunction with the Segment marketing teams
- Managing and coordinating for B & M SA, the overall compliance to the Bank's Corporate Identity Guidelines including the updating of the Corporate Identity Guidelines, the auditing of compliance to the Corporate Identity Guidelines and implementing corrective measures in the event of non-compliance.
- Develop, maintain and manage critical supplier relationships and related contracts and work in conjunction with Global Sourcing
- Compilation and implementation of the team's Balanced Scorecard
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of the annual budgets
- Submission of management reports as required.
- Manage the Market Research and Customer Insights requirements.
- Develop new and improve existing systems and processes to work effectively
- Must be willing to perform any other reasonable and lawful duties as assigned by the management and ensure that it is performed on time and correctly
- Deliver on the One Bank agenda
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- MBA with 7-9 years of experience in the Financial Services, Audit /BPM preferred.
- Should have knowledge of financial services industry and ideally should have handled marketing of financial products.
- Should be familiar with preparing marketing plans and possess basic knowledge of advertising, direct marketing, promotions and events.
- Should be conversant with quantitative analysis tools.
- Should be a self-starter with well-developed communication & inter-personal skills.
- Should be able to influence others without a direct supervisor-subordinate relationship
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
