Roles & Responsibility :

Demand planning:

- Maintaining MIS of historical sales and seasonal skus

- Working closely with channel level sales teams to gain inputs for rolling plans, seasonality, offers, new store additions etc

- Coordinating overall SnOP process

- Monitoring demand spikes/additional requirement from sales team to meet Sales requirements

- Create short term and long term plans at channel level and location level for capacity planning and space planning

- Working with NPD team to monitor performance and working with Mktg team to plan replenishment

- Work on SLOB skus and near expiry with Sales teams to plan liquidation of stocks

Supply planning:

- Production planning basis forecast

- Inventory norms working current sales trends and demand variations to avoid stock outs

- Coordination with Mfg. locations for stock connection

- Distribution planning by managing Hub to spoke transfer plans

- Controlling OOS at Sku-WH level B2B and B2C

- Coordination with KAMs and order processing team for order fulfilments gaps

B2B Order processing:

- Monitor channel level orders and reservation as per acceptable Freshness criteria

- Coordinate with KAMs for order execution

- Coordinate with Supply planner for stocks to maintain healthy fill rates

- Work with accounts for seeking appointments for orders

- Driving engagement with portals to track fill rates at customer end and work towards masters management, JBP, etc with KAMs

- Coordination with ASMs for critical stocks requirements to meet sales targets

- Work closely with WH and logistics teams to ensure billing and stock connections

- Work closely with Supply and Demand planner to improve order execution from nearest warehouse

- Create and improve SOPs of order processing with new customers and channels

Team management :

- Manage a team of Managers and executives and ensure training for Order processing
