Job Description : The VP - Partnerships will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic alliances and managing relationships with key partners in the Technology sectors. The candidate will be responsible for the placing the up-skilled candidates.

Client Details: Our client is an esteemed ed-tech/up-skilling company, based in Bangalore.

Description:

- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the IT/ITES/Technology sector to drive revenue growth.

- Manage existing partner relationships and identify opportunities for further collaboration.

- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to leverage partnerships for business expansion.

- Conduct regular partner meetings to assess partnership performance and address any issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

Profile:

A successful VP - Partnerships should have:

- 10+ years of overall experience in the Staffing or Partnerships industry

- Open to Bangalore as a location.

- Candidate should come with experience - selling to the IT/ ITES companies
