Head - Placement - InsurTech

- To build and manage relationships with the Insurance companies

- Establish relationships with leaders of all insurance companies. Have relationships with PSU insurance companies

- Handle a team of Placement Managers

- Additionally help with post-policy placement assistance including following up with the Insurance companies for policy copy, TPA eCards, tax invoice, benefits chart & others

- Vetting the policy copies against the promised terms to the clients

- Liaising with Insurers & TPAs to support internal team

- 8+ yrs of experience working in Insurance Broking space (Employee Benefit domain)

- Underwriting ability

- Team Handling experience

- Should have handled and closed large book size
