2. Strategy & Design.

3. Design and improve marketing strategy and activities.

4. Customer Experience Management.

5. Working experience on long term structural improvement of the business.

6. Handled operations and P&L for a relatively large sized organization.

7. The Ideal candidate would be a very strong problem-solver i.e., A top-performer or fast-tracker in any industry.

8. Candidates should have experience working for E Commerce / Telecom / Consumer Durable / FMCG and handle a P&L responsibility for the business unit.
