OBJECTIVE :

The objective of this role is to lead the newly formed Retail NBFC Business (3 years old) of the group with a key responsibility to setup, nurture, acquire and grow the NBFC book size & team (current team: 5 people). This is a Business Head role with P/L responsibility.

CRITICAL EXPOSURE :

Total Career experience of 10+ years with at least 7 years in Secured Loan Sales primarily meant for financial Investment (ideal ticket size: INR 05.00-25.00 lakhs). Has extensive understanding of the secured debt products, building relationships with clients and handling teams, develops & identifies business opportunities. Somebody who has built NBFC book, relation and a market region from scratch will be preferred.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY :

- Responsible for leading the newly formed Retail NBFC Business [Secured Loan Sales primarily meant for financial Investment] pan India

- P/L responsibility

- Responsible for the entire gamut of Business: client handling, business development with the team

- Creating a compelling value proposition/structure for the client along with the internal Investment research team

- Manage a sizable team of 5- 6 Sales account managers and grow the same along with business

- Would be required to analyze the client landscape, assess the investment potential and prospect new business in sync with client selection criteria, philosophy alignment and fitment.

- Empower sales teams with approach/strategy to develop, expand various channels of distribution and leverage the existing franchise partner of the group (pan India)

- Empaneling new accounts, generating revenue and widening the distribution reach

- Scaling up existing accounts and activating dormant accounts/clients by cross- sell

- Achieve the budgeted business volumes as well as Net Interest Margin earning

- Guide the team to stay abreast of the client requirements and monitor the relationship from initiation to closure

- Resolve issues related to client servicing in case of contingencies

- Gathering and analyzing client feedback to improve quality of service and create value for them

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Total experience of min. 10 years with at least 7 years in Secured Loan Sales

- Extensive understanding of the secured debt products, building relationships with clients and team management

- Someone with Secured loan sales exp. meant for financial Investment will be preferred- LAS, MTF,

- Ability to forecast future sales trends and device future sales strategies

- Exceptional selling, communication, and convincing skills

- Ability to take up challenges and work in a fast-paced environment

- Preferably an MBA (full-time) from Tier- I, II institute
