We are looking for an experienced business leader with the potential to lead P&L of a new (start-up) digital business in healthcare and can provide thought leadership for different business units to enhance revenue, customer acquisition & engagement /NPS.
Pre-requisites for Consideration of candidates:
- MBA from premier B-Schools (ISB / IIM ABCLK / IIFT / FMS)
- 10-12 years of experience in new age internet companies(e.g., e-commerce, EdTech, e-health, etc)
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience
- In-depth B2C marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies
- P&L/Revenue target responsibility experience in a digital business.

Location: Gurgaon/Delhi
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Digital budget and build P&L of ~100 crore revenue over next 2-3 years.
- Define the digital marketing roadmap across partnerships & alliances, product, consumer lifecycle marketing and all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, emails and social media) in line with company's strategy
- Grow digital acquisition & revenue and hold direct responsibility for driving traffic, conversion and ROI (where to spend, who to target and what will be the return) for all digital acquisition channels including paid search, SEO, affiliate, remarketing, display, etc.
- Build Digital team internally
- Maximize optimization and continuously seek optimization and growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization and more
- Responsible for the day-to-day performance of digital marketing channels
- Define key metrics and keep senior leadership informed on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
