Job Description : Opportunity to head the entire P&L and portfolio of Co-Branded Credit Cards for a leading conglomerate

Client Details : Our client is a leading conglomerate in the Indian market

Description :

- Responsible for portfolio development and growth by developing strategies and plans, partner relationship management and engaging with prospective partners

- Manage and lead the P&L of the portfolio, developing value propositions, creating customer value and campaigns to drive acquisition, usage & retention on the card

- Product Ownership - Defining product vision and applying cards business acumen and insights to planning and execution of customer programs

- Develop an understanding of market trends including risk, fraud and regulatory constraints

- Product Packaging and Promotions - identify promotions and product bundles that drive differentiated value and create interest and demand for product

- Identify opportunities to engage with customers and build roadmap to digitally engage with customers

Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in Credit Card (Co-branded) in Financial Services companies or Banking and Loyalty Partnerships experience in Conglomerates/Internet companies

- Strong Problem solving skills

- Great stakeholder management skills
