Head - P&L - Cards Business Unit

Job Purpose : 

Drive profitable growth of the Cards BU in line with business plans through strategic thought leadership and by leading a large all team.

Job Requirements : 

Qualifications : 

MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes or CA (1st or 2nd attempt)

18+ years total experience including 5 years experience as a P&L Head.

Roles & Responsibilities : 

- Owning the Cards BU P&L including the annual topline and bottomline targets

- Developing and executing strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve topline and bottomline targets and expand the customer base

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Understanding industry trends and customer needs.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Lead the Cards BU team

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Proven track record of driving profitable business growth through clients in Banking Sector.

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to drive the end to end sales process

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
