Head - Phosphatic Fertilizer Project - Green Field

A large Indian MNC, with global presence in Chemical & Fertilizer is looking for go-getter Project Professional having experience in Phosphatic Fertilizer Project Execution - Concept to Commissioning and can Lead the Project.

Role :

Overall responsible for the entire project from concept to commissioning and will Lead entire project starting from Feasibility Study, engineering, procurement and construction.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Feasibility study, environment study, engineering, procurement and construction.

2. Evaluation and recommendation of technology providers.

3. Estimate the project cost and specific consumptions.

4. Prepare board presentation and approval notes.

5. Participate in project steering committee and present the status of project on monthly basis.

6. Planning and budget control.

7. Team building and training.

8. Completion of project within time, budget and with quality.

Key Interactions

1. Reporting to CEO/Steering Committee

2. Engineering consultants, technology providers, licensors and EPC companies.

3. Finance team

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

Experience

- 20 years of relevant experience in the project execution of Phosphatic Fertilizers from reputed organization with at least 2 years experience in overseas projects.

Skills / Knowledge / Competencies

- Understanding of Sulphuric acid , phosphoric acid and DAP plant.

- Licensors and technology.

- Vendor evaluation

- Project Management
