- Candidate to have Strong Strategic, Business Development & Target achievement orientation

- Hands-on knowledge of API product sales, related functions like regulatory filing in India

- Business & Product development- A clear view of where API Product development is heading and actions required in that evolution

- Experience of successfully handling large Sales & Marketing Teams in regulated API business

- Strong analytical skills, budget planning & target setting

- Candidate will be required to provide leadership to Sales & Marketing team. Build and lead a high-delivery & motivated team
