Performance marketing head /Digital Marketing Head opportunity with India's leading Ecommerce Logistics firm that is looking for a professional with 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles across B2C companies, MNCs or Start-ups. You will be leading performance marketing practice at the firm and driving new user acquisition across all digital platforms. You would be driving and running various Paid marketing campaigns, generating Organic traffic, App marketing, run campaigns across Email & SMS Database. Vast experience in SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic, SMM, Rich Media Advertising, Video Campaigns, Emailer Marketing, App campaigns in an Internet Marketplace /Ecommerce setup will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Leading performance marketing practice at the firm and driving new user acquisition across all digital platforms.
- Driving Paid marketing campaigns and calculating ROI on marketing budget spends while taking appropriate actions for continuous growth/improvement in key ad metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROI etc.
- Finding Innovative ways for driving more Profitable Sales through Organic traffic by better and Impactful Planning and Prioritization
- Managing and grow Email/SMS Channel and increase its contribution share while planning and automating Database marketing using 3rd party marketing automation tools - keeping in mind these factors - scale, complexity, Quality and ROI
- Developing app marketing strategies and roadmap to achieve business goals and generating deep insights about customers at each stage in their relationship with our app, inventing new ways to provide a better ecommerce experience.
- Providing mentoring and coaching to sales team on different levels
Requirements: -
- MBA with 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles across B2C companies, MNCs or Start-ups / Internet Marketplace /Ecommerce firms
- Vast experience in SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic, SMM, Rich Media Advertising, Video Campaigns, Emailer Marketing, App campaigns
- Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs
- Developing strong working relationships across the various verticals within the organisation
