Key Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver digital business targets across lending, devices, and consumer products within defined CAC/RoAS goals.

- Lead and execute product-led growth strategies across business verticals.

- Continuously improve funnel conversion rates and drive measurable revenue & cost impacts.

- Design merchant retention & reactivation programs in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

- Manage annual digital marketing budgets of - 100 Cr+, driving efficiency and effectiveness in paid channels.

- Stay ahead of trends in the digital marketing and attribution ecosystem; pilot new channels for acquisition and retention.

- Drive sustainable and profitable growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Mentor and lead a high-caliber marketing team across Growth, Paid Marketing, and User Engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- STEM degree from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IIM, BITS, ISB, etc.).

- 8+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, preferably in fintech or leading tech/startup companies.

- Proven track record of managing annual digital media spends of - 100 Cr+.

- Strong experience in team management and stakeholder collaboration.

Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise in programmatic digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with revenue-generating and product-led growth initiatives.

- Highly data-driven mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.

- Understanding of fintech business models and marketing's impact on both topline and bottom-line.

- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Data, Engineering, and Business teams.

- Ability to take full ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

Mandatory Screening Criteria:

- Candidates must be from fintech/tech-driven companies (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Flipkart, Amazon, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).

- Must be from a Tier-1 college (IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS, XLRI, etc.).

- Should have handled - 100 Cr+ annual media spends.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience post-qualification.
