1. Setup & lead a team of performance marketing across google, facbook, other biddable platforms, affiliates & seo
2. Build an ROI driven lead genration strategy to maximize online sales
3. Oversee all aspects of paid media campaigns for optimization, scale up & efficiency
4. Lead lead generation from SEO
5. Drive conversion optimization & required automation on Google, Facebook, Leadsquared CRM & other platforms
6. Drive a defined rhythm for improving Landing page conversion rates
7. Conduct extensive research, analysis and testing of keyword performance & ad copies
8. Critical and in-depth analysis of third party analytics and campaign management tools Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
1. 12 to 16 years - hands on performance marketing experience
2. Excellence in paid advertising channels like Facebook Ads, Instagram ads, Google Display ads, Search Ads, YouTube Ads
3. A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgement.
4. Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
