What will you do?
Role & Responsibility:- Understand the product, market, and business metrics, emphasizing becoming a product evangelist.
- Lead performance marketing across various digital channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, e-commerce marketplaces, programmatic, and affiliates.
- Define and execute campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, taking ownership of channel metrics to maximize ROI.
- Oversee four key streams: website, social media marketing, e-commerce marketing, and SEO/SEM.
More Details (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):- Analyze campaign performance, provide optimization suggestions, and generate comprehensive campaign reports with cross-channel insights.
- Contribute to digital strategy development aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze data, trends, and performance, utilizing expertise in Google, FB, and programmatic advertising to create holistic marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for CPC/CPM campaigns.
- Establish campaign measurement frameworks aligned with marketing KPIs and ensure proper mechanisms for tracking performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to drive overall creative and content strategy with supporting data and analysis.

- Have expertise in planning, conceptualizing, and implementing omni-platform digital marketing campaigns (web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and e-commerce marketplaces).
- Excel in developing and managing content strategy in alignment with brand narrative.
- Have experience setting up/working with an E-shop/e-commerce marketplace.
- Demonstrate prior experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or digital advertising campaigns.
- Possess knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MozPro, SEM Rush, ahRefs).
- Familiarity with marketing automation, lead management tools, and other direct marketing platforms would be advantageous.
