Head Performance Marketing-Leading D2C Brand
- We are looking for Head Performance Mktg with Leading one of our client into D2C Brand which is one of its kind in India.
JD :
- Driving Brand Initiatives, Campaign Planning, Media Strategy, Execution, and Performance Tracking.
- Own entire lifecycle of all marketing campaigns, including overall strategy and design, day-to-day management, execution, analysis, and ongoing optimization
- Manage and improve performance in organic and paid search, including design and implementation of SEO and SEM optimization tactics
- Plays a major analytical role in tracking and monitoring program performance against the business's overall goals and objectives.
- You will also be responsible for weekly/monthly/annual policy and quote forecasts for all of the business's products, and evaluate scenarios for ROI performance.
- Collaborates with senior leadership in order to define strategic objectives, marketing budgets, and success metrics.
- Experience in a Performance Marketing mandate of a known consumer brand is a must.
- Perform A/B testing of key marketing materials and strategies in order to drive ongoing campaign optimization
- Should know how to scale a brand and should have managed large budgets and indirect capacity.
- Responsible for day-to-day performance marketing on Google and Manage web analytics and tag manager, Implementation and analysis,
- Should be able to create and optimize campaigns for Google Ads, Quora Ads, Adroll, and Perfect Audience.
- Analyze the traffic and achieve the goals set (Lead and conversion-based campaigns)
