We have an urgent requirement for Head of Performance Marketing forUK based Mnc in Hyderabad

Role Summary:

As Head of Performance Marketing, you will work with the Client Services Director to define and deliver on the strategic direction and responsibility for building and managing a team of experienced digital professionals for multiple brands within the Client portfolio.

The successful candidate will be fully accountable for P&L for all digital marketing channels including PPC, Affiliates, Display Media Campaigns and Paid Social Media.

The ideal candidate will be a driven individual, inspiring manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and wealth of digital marketing experience (preferably in Education sector). He/She will have an in-depth understanding of all digital marketing disciplines and able to demonstrate the success of growth in a similar B2C business.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Developing a Digital marketing strategy and road map for Client brands and managing the digital marketing budget.

- Ensuring cross-channel growth delivery as per the CPL's and lead numbers as specified by brands.

- Reporting brand performance and insights to Executive management and respective stakeholders and brand owners.

- Review and selection of new technologies and tools.

- Recruiting, training and building a high performing sustainable team.

- Developing a knowledge bank to retain knowledge within the company, and develop a handbook to support onboarding and training.

- Develop appraisals and career progression plans.

- Establishing a relationship with the brand owners to ensure collaboration with digital teams, sharing technologies and developing new systems as required.

- Leveraging other group services were relevant and developing relationships with other shared services within the Client group.

- Work closely with the international marketing & sales team to ensure a cohesive approach and maximization of ROI.

- Work with partner agencies globally to brief and determine digital campaign strategies.

- Work closely with the analytics team to define and generate brand reports.

- Be the face of the team to other Client entities.
