Champion projects to address complex/critical issues in TM faced by the organization and to meet its long-term goals and objectives
Create and manage talent pools aligned to business strategy
Design and execute TM strategy aligned to the business requirements
Design frameworks for competency management, career development, succession planning and cadre building
Develop and implement TM Policies, Processes and Tools
Develop and manage succession plans for key senior leadership positions
Drive TM governance through requisite controls, audits, and other relevant mechanisms
Facilitate content development for competency catalogues & manage as custodian
Highlight and showcase the organization's TM frameworks and policies to support Employer of Choice initiatives
Undertake periodic benchmarking studies, research and other initiatives to ensure adoption of relevant and state of the art management practices
