Client: A Kuwait listed company
Overall Purpose : The incumbent will setup and implement the strong and robust Performance Management System for organization and ensure the alignment with the strategic objectives/ vision of the organisation.
KRAs:
- The incumbent will be responsible for driving the complete performance management system including managing related budgets in a most cost effective manner
- Manage overall employee cost & resource optimization (employee productivity)
- Design, implement and manage Compensation Programs including periodic Salary Benchmarking and Review to ensure business competitiveness
- Design and implement online Performance Management system and introduce key performance metrics that ensures regular performance measurement against the assigned goals
- Will develop, implement, and monitor cost- effective compensation and benefits policies, procedures, practices, and programs that rewards performance and potential
- Will collaborate with business and function to understand reward & recognition needs and translating them into an executable reward & retention (monetary/non-monetary) strategy which is also aligned with organization's values, goals and external competitiveness
Qualification:
MBA HR with 10 - 18 years of relevant post qualification experience (at least 3 - 4 years in leading Performance Management System function) in industry with fast-paced, high growth environment and has progressive HR function.
