The incumbent would be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of People Function of Food & FMCG business of the Group"s large enterprise, with plans to grow exponentially.
This is a strategic role that requires developing and articulating clear and compelling HR strategies. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, coach & mentor with high energy and a sense of enthusiasm, who can inspire and motivate others, thereby creating vision and commitment throughout the organization.
The incumbent will therefore:
- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan by ensuring HR plans support the needs of the business across Home & Zonal Offices, Manufacturing unit, Food Park, Sourcing & Distribution Centers
Key Deliverables :
Driving Convergence :
- Drive convergence on people centric issues across various Zones and business units
- Standardize/Align people policies across Zones in line with the Business requirements
HR Strategic and Financial Planning :
- Conceptualize the HR Strategy in alignment with the Business Strategy
- Finalize the HR budget for the year by estimating the cost of resources and investment requirement
- Plan the staffing strategy, lead manpower planning and ensure recruitment of required Talent for the organization
HR - Talent Management and Development :
- Drive the various Talent Management initiatives in line with the Business Strategy
- Drive initiatives to build capability across the business and create a pipeline of Leadership
- Build a high performance culture on the pillars of transparency and meritocracy through a robust performance management process
Employee Relations :
- Has hands on experience in managing Employee relations and can resolve people issues at across all level promptly
Organizational Development :
- Culture Building in line with Group core values
- Employee Engagement
- The incumbent will play an institutional role in processes across the business
- Professionals preferably HR degree holders from premier institutes with 12-15 years experience in multinational / Indian business houses may respond.
