Key Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience leading People/Talent teams, scaling from 100 to 1000+ employees.

- Experience in high-growth, high-operations-density organizations.

- Strong emotional intelligence paired with strategic leadership skills.

- Deep understanding of marketing and sales principles in hiring.
