We're hiring for Head of PCS Business Sales (Manpower augmentation or Staffing business with focus on IT staffing) for one of our leading clients.

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports To: CEO

Job Summary:

The Head of PCS Business Sales (Manpower augmentation or Staffing business with focus on IT staffing) will be a key leader responsible for driving new business acquisition and nurturing existing client relationships especially for IT resources and staffing. This role involves achieving significant revenue targets from both new and existing clients, managing a diverse team, and ensuring compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and driving operation's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing/manpower augmentation business, who is a performer and has acquired new and large accounts in their previous assignments, have leadership quality, and managed teams in a mid to large organization. Experience in mid to

large size manpower augmentation companies or IT companies in similar space would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business acquisitions with a focus on expanding the client base and significantly contributing to overall revenue targets for Manpower augmentation or Staffing business with focus on IT staffing.

- Deepen and grow existing client relationships to ensure substantial revenue contributions and long-term client satisfaction.

- Process oriented and should be able manage Staff / Manpower augmentation operation, efficiency and productivity.

- Oversee and manage the sales process for IT augmentation projects, ensuring effective handling of high-value opportunities.

- Direct Team handling experience with a span of 400+ employee strength.

- Oversee the IT Augmentation Business through customer success

- Understanding of HR operations and compliances.

- Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.

- Maintain and exceed client SLAs, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Prepare, negotiate, vet, and discuss agreements with clients, coordinating with the legal team to ensure compliance and protect company interests.

- Ensure all agreements are in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

- Collaborate with marketing, product management, finance, HR and delivery teams to ensure support for sales initiatives and client engagement.

- Work closely with senior leadership to align sales goals with organizational objectives.

- Should have leadership skills and understand sales strategies. Create and maintain relationship with CXO and Sr. management to get business, farm and manage them.
