- We are hiring for Head - PCBA Manufacturing Technology with an leading French MNC in Bangalore.
- We are looking for bachelors or masters in Electronics with a strong focus on PCBA Process, Method, TPM Machine Maintenance & Final Assembly.
- Complete understanding of Method, Machine Maintenance, PCBA Process Engineering and Automation / Digitization. New PCBA & Product Development / Industrialization & Release to Manufacturing.

Manufacturing Supply Chain:
- Manages and implements VSM and E-VSM for flow improvement including action plan
- Drives E2E robust replenishment systems to support continuous production flow
- Applies supply chain data analytics and simulation tools for lead time optimization
- Evaluates alternative logistics options (understanding of benefits, how and when to implement)
- Interacts with other functions to meet customer demand (LoB, Marketing, Operations, Logistics,)
- Manages all impacts of big order management process (planning and scheduling)
Manufacturing Operations:
- Coach on Std operating routines improvements based on Red Green analysis & utilizing Lean tools
- Coordinates and implements systems and tools across an entire value stream
- Adapts training materials and deliver trainings related to Lean Methodology and associated tools
- Able to identify process constraints, prioritize and implement action plan
- Select, propose KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) / Process Metrics to assess process capabilities and trigger corrective action
- Able to select appropriate problem-solving tool / methodology (Kaizen, 6Sigma,)
Manufacturing Maintenance:
- Understands internal/external customer needs and critical areas of support and communicates issues and potential solutions when necessary
- Troubleshoots/repairs equipment in responsible area

Manufacturing Diagnostic:

Manufacturing Process Design:
- Coaches' others on SPS principles and process / lay-out design
- Analyses process and lay-out alternatives and opportunities for improvement
- Achieves optimized process design in term of efficiency, lead time and WIP across a facility with multiple work centres
- Specifies manufacturing execution systems and manufacturing software to improve the process efficiency
- Integrates quality assurance systems and TPM in order to work toward the technical limits of an entire value stream
- Autonomously utilizes simulation modelling to optimize processes and flows
Continuous Improvement:
- Able to lead complex Continuous Improvement projects (8D, Kaizen, Lean 6 Sigma etc.) either after achieving the required competency or certification and coach others
- Delivers often multiple improvements in waste, variation & defects through a process-driven approach, makings decisions based on data using statistical analysis where appropriate & focusing on the Customer impact whether internal or external
- Able to lead complex root cause identification through the appropriate tools and data based on statistical analysis where appropriate & to implement complex corrective and preventive actions
- Helps creates a process driven environment & a culture of Continuous Improvement, facilitates management teams to identify and select process improvement projects
- Has a Black Belt level of Lean 6 Sigma knowledge, can be Black Belt certified
