Responsible for P&L & good consulting experience of US region-Must

Solution and Migration experience in HROPS area

Should have played an agent in Change Management by creating HRO shared service center

Operational metrics to align them with their HR policies as value add

Increased productivity in HRO deals.

Experience Level-16 to 20 Years of Real Time experience

Flexible to work in Night Shift.
