Job Specification :
- Manage Entire Payroll Operations for Payroll Outsourcing Business. Ensure timely delivery with high quality. Review key deliverables on a daily basis for progress and consistency which should match with operation goals and objectives.
- Understanding Client's expectation and delivering as per the agreed SLA
- Responsible for driving the team for timely payment collection
- Ensuring strong client connect which is essential to increase client satisfaction. Excellent client relations and client retention
- Experienced in managing a large team and running of operations effectively. Increase operational efficacy and productivity.
- Project assignment and closure as per the mile stones agreed
- Is able to collaborate with respective stake holders and devising strategies to fix process gaps with clients and internally
- Work closely with IT Team and Other internal stakeholders.
Qualification/Skills:
Academics: Graduate in any stream; Preferably MBA in HR or Operations/Related Field
Experience: 12 + years; out of which minimum last 5 years experience in payroll function preferably in a client interfacing role. Should have managed a team not less than 10 people for last 5 years
Competencies and skill s:
1. Excellent Knowledge of Indian Payroll - including rules and technology platform, taxation, payroll best practices
2. Excellent oral and written skills
3. Should have good understanding of Payroll technology and HR tech platforms
4. Project planning and execution skills
5. Experienced in client interfacing role
6. Should be able to manage irate clients and challenging situations
7. Is able to lead and guide a team to achieve the set goal
8. Result oriented with a strong desire for success
9. Adaptable and good at handling multiple priorities
10. Excellent analytical and presentation skills
11. Ability to work under pressure
