Head - Payments Product Engineering - FinTech

- The role is to lead a SBU from product engineering and innovations perspective. Specially the Payments domain. It is a client facing role and involves leading large teams. The role reports into teh CEO.

- Looking for technology leaders with extensive experience (18+years) and understanding of Digital and Card Payments.

Our client is a leading fintech organization based in Mumbai. They are one of the leading players in the market, providing digital fintech solutions, and have their clientele spread across 50+ countries.

Job Description : 

Reporting into the CEO, the responsibilities of the incumbent will be:

- End-to-end management of the SBU

- Lead the project engineering and innovations teams

- Work with the latest technologies and lead the front in Digital Payments, mobile banking, etc.

- Initiate and Implement process improvements/automation, which will reduce TAT/enhance productivity

- Closely work with the internal eco system in driving solutions, closing deals wherever needed, and ensure successful delivery

Profile : 

- B.E/B.Tech/MS in Computer Science and related discipline

- Must have at least 18+ years of experience along with extensive technology leadership experience

- Must be handling product engineering and innovations for payment solutions

- Good knowledge of Card Payment Industry and digital Payment modes like IMPS, UPI, BHIM, QR Codes, E-Toll, POS,etc and its dispute management process

- Experience with Dispute Management of Debit, Prepaid and Credit Card transactions spread across wide spectrum of Card Interchange Networks like Visa, MasterCard, NPCI & Diners and Euronet
